Happy “Thirsty Thursday!!” Spring is in the air, and it’s the ideal season to enjoy light and refreshing cocktails on the patio!
I’m a long-time fan of the Moscow Mule. A friend recently introduced me to The Blueberry Buck, a blueberry-infused mule, and it is SO delish and absolutely perfect for warm-weather!
The Blueberry Buck
2 oz blueberry vodka
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3 oz. ginger beer {I recommend Fever-Tree.}
1 lime wedge
4-5 fresh/frozen blueberries
Serve over ice.
