I’m excited to kick-off a super fun monthly collaborative post I have been invited to do with Style Me Perfect! SMP’s founder, Carrie Johnson, came up with the idea of “Style Skip” as a fun way to connect fashion bloggers and stylists on a monthly basis. Through this little fashion concept, we not only get to see how other fab women uniquely style the same brand or trend, but we are also able to get a taste of their culture, and get a glimpse of where they live. Carrie explains the concept :: “I just thought it was kind of beautiful to see and celebrate individual, unique style, and to broaden the idea of fashion – taking into account varied cultural, and geographical influences. I thought it inspiring, and hope it will be to others!”
In a nutshell, we’ll select a brand or trend to style each month {this month is Paige Denim}, and each blogger/stylist will photograph her look. We’ll start in Los Angeles, and then skip to Oregon, Texas, Nashville, Atlanta and NYC…. and then pop over to Paris, where a Swiss blogger has photographed her Paige Denim look for this first Style Skip. We’re currently adding more International bloggers, and are excited to publish our next Style Skip on March 19th!
So, without further ado, here is how I styled my Paige Denim ‘Skyline’ Skinny Jeans {which I highly recommend…they fit fab!!}…
