thanksgiving day style

As we gear up for a fun week of family-time and feasting, here are some ideas for comfortable, yet stylish ensembles to wear for Thanksgiving activities.
Colored cords {or jeans} + a tunic top + a denim jacket. {Full post here.}

These Pilcro cords are hands-down the most comfortable pair of pants I own, and are perfect for travel and/or Thanksgiving day feasting!

A plaid button-down + skinny jeans + a sleek vest. {Full post here.}

This Old Navy plaid boyfriend shirt is one of my favorites this season. It’s long enough to wear with leggings, too. And I’m wearing this vest with everything…it’s the perfect layering piece to any casual outfit!

Faux-leather leggings + an over-sized sweater. {Full post here.}

Faux-leather leggings add pizazz to any casual outfit, and I love how they dress up a cozy oversized sweater just a bit. {The sweater I am wearing is just $59 and comes in multiple colors!}  This outfit would also look fab dressed down with flat boots or low-heeled booties, as well. My two favorite pairs of faux-leather leggings this season here and here.

Tunic blouse + faux-fur vest + stretchy skinny jeans or denim leggings. {Full post here.}

A faux-fur vest completes any look and is absolutely perfect for any holiday affair. These Spanx denim leggings are super stretchy and comfy. {I plan on wearing them for traveling this week!}

A field jacket + comfy tee + riding boots. {Full post here.}

A field-jacket is a great light-weight layer to add to a jeans and boots outfit, travels easily and can double as a rain coat in case of incliment weather over the holidays. And this tote? It’s super-durable and my go-to for every trip these days!

Wine-colored jeans + short sleeved sweater. {Full post here.}

If it is going to be warm whereever you are spending Thanksgiving, a short-sleeved or sleeveless sweater is a great way to dress seasonally-appropriate without overheating! Wine-colored jeans make for an on-trend and very festive colored pant.

Happy Thanksgiving week!
