Spring Break Beach Trip Recap

As many of you know, my family and I traveled to Florida’s 30A beaches for Spring Break the week before last. We rented a fun little house called the “Pink Flamingo” with some of our best family friends and enjoyed a relaxing week in the surf, sand and sun.

Here’s a little recap of a few things we did and what I wore ::

My Spring/Summer road-trip outfits always consist of cutoff and slide-on sandals.  This $29 cold-shoulder pre-knotted top is my current favorite tee, and comes in several colors.

I wore this Trina Turk off-the-shoulder suit the first day at the beach and it was an immediate new favorite. The print is so stunning that I got tons compliments from strangers walking around on the beach in it! This suit also runs true to size, and I am wearing a 4.

I wore this vibrant floral tunic to a casual dinner on night. It just went on sale for 40% off and can also be worn as mini-dress and/or a coverup! It’s available in more colors and sizes here. {Shop my shorts and shoes.}

My other favorite bathing suit of the trip is this high-neck Trina turk suit. It’s as flattering as it is gorgeous. The back detailing is pretty, too! This suit also comes in a black and white color scheme. I cannot say enough good things about this suit… it is worth every penny! For size reference, I am wearing a size 4. I find Trina Turk suits run true to size.

I must also make mention of this Free People straw hat. It’s designed to be packable, so it keeps its shape as you travel! Genus! {Shop my towel and flip-flops.}

This dreamy kimono coverup is the perfect compliment to this suit, and can also be worn as a layering piece to any outfit!

How cute is this bunch?! All nine of us tried out a new dinner spot in Grayton Beach called Chiringo. To say we are new fans is an understatement. This open-air Spanish-inspired eatery has great views, a small greenspace for the kiddos to run free {hence the adorable picture above} and some of the best food and drinks we have eaten along 30A! Be sure try a super fresh Chiringo Margarita, the Abondigas appetizer and the Grouper Sandwich when you stop in.

I wore this outfit to Chiringo for dinner and shot this pic on the beautiful Grayton Beach right before we ate. I have been on the lookout for some lavender pieces to add to my Spring wardrobe and this $55 off-the-shouder top is just perfect! {Shop my shorts and shoes.}

I traditionally get a new white suit each Summer, simply because I love how classy and timeless they are! White suits also make a good tan “pop” which is an added bonus. This lace beauty is this season’s pic. It’s surprisingly flattering and supportive of a full chest, too.

This tie-die coverup and these gold sandals are also two of my beach-trip must-haves of the year!

Last but not least, our trip was made SO much easier thanks to Live Well 30A, who delivered bikes and chairs to our doorstep, so that we didn’t have to pack a thing. Live Well 30A is a full-service beach concierge company that provides everything from bike and chair rental to beach bonfires to paddle boards to grocery delivery…and so much more! I highly recommend this amazing company for all your beach-related needs on your next trip to 30A.

Happy Friday!
