Friday Five

Happy Friday! Here’s this week’s edition of the “Friday Five,” featuring five random things I am loving this week.

1. This necklace. This $32 statement necklace is truly an outfit-maker in that it completes any outfit and adds an unexpected pop of color and texture to any look it’s paired with! You’ll notice I paired it with a simple white top in both of the above outfits. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received wearing this piece. It’s just so fun!

2. This luggage. I mentioned my new luggage earlier this week on this post, but I love it so much, it deserves another mention! This three-piece DVF set {I only used the large and the small suitcases for last week’s trip to Dallas} is super stylish, well-made and affordable at under-$300 for the set. 3. These shorts. You all know I am a huge fan of denim shorts, and this embroidered pair are just so fun!! I spotted them on a recent shopping trip and quickly tried them on. They fit true to size and are ultra-flattering. I love how this embroidery looks paired with either a black or white top, or even another bright color! If you are on the hunt for a great pair of denim shorts, my two favorite “plain” pairs are these and these.

4. This dress. Every gal needs a comfy little dress to throw on for scooting around town! This $49 striped cutie is perfect, and also a great piece to take on summer vacations. 5. These earrings. I recently ordered these pink tasseled earrings for my trip to Dallas and honestly cannot believe how much I have already worn them! They are super light weight and surprisingly versatile! They are by far my favorite earrings right now, and well-worth the small investment.
