the flared skirt

Keeping on the “flared” theme from yesterday’s post, I’m excited to announce that I’ve found the most flattering flared skirt. I originally purchased a red J.Crew flared skirt last Spring {as seen in this post}, and I have worn it with everything. Not only does it fit and flatter well, it is super versital dressed up or down, and a great year-round staple.
I was elated to find the same skirt is currently at J.Crew Factory for a fraction of the price, so I recently purchased another one in cobalt blue for Fall. {It’s also available in ivory, navy and black.}

If you are looking for a versital skirt to add to your wardrobe, search no further! Style this skirt for the office with pumps {and tights when needed}, and dress down with flats, booties or tall boots. Style it with a tucked-in blouse, light-weight sweater or even a graphic tee and layer with a denim jacket, leather jacket, cardigan or blazer. This skirt is an inexpensive wardrobe addition that you’ll wear for seasons to come!

Here’s how I styled my flared skirt for early Fall ::
