the cross-body bag

We are going to touch on several hot handbag styles for the season over the next few weeks, and today I am going to focus on the “must-have” cross-body bag for Fall. The cross-body bag is an absolute accessory-necessity for traveling and sightseeing, as well as a practical handsfree bag for long shopping/errand days and days on the go with kids, if you are a mama.
I am personally loving the look of a pop-color cross-body bag for Fall, especially in red, cobalt blue and berry hues.

I’m currently carrying and loving the brand-new Stella & Dot Tia Crossbody in Cerise, a poppy-red color that goes with most everything! {It is also available in black.) I love that this bag unzips to expand and hold more {can hold an iPad mini!}, when you need it to, and also transitions into a clutch for evening-wear.

This bright cobalt blue bag from Target is as cute as it is affordable!

For a Berry cross-body, I love this fun color of this one by Vince Camuto.

If a neutral-bag is more your style, there is nothing wrong with that! Here are a few go-with-everything bags that are both stylish and classic…

The Camille Crossbody from Anthropologie is a perfectly-neutral bag for year-round wear. I love the vintage look of it!

And here is another neutral-brown bag, by Topshop, at a very affordable price-point.

Topshop Faux Leather Crossbody.

This glamorous Rebecca Minkoff cross-body comes in multiple color schemes, including these two neutrals.

And because leopard is always a neutral in my book, this fab bag from Anthropologie could not be left-out!
