Happy Friday, friends! In celebration of the weekend, I am excited to share my favorite cocktail to make for friends + gatherings + weekends :: my signature paloma.
This drink is light and refreshing and always a crowd-pleaser. I often make a big batch to serve in a big pitcher for a crowd or in a large yeti/insulated cooler jug for lake/pool/beach days. For the holiday season, I garnish with rosemary.
Head over to my instagram @laurenlefevre for a reel of me making this “live.” For “parts,” I use a shot glass that is approximately 1/4 cup per part. Of course, you can add more or less of any ingredient to taste! I also often add an additional “part” of grapefruit-flavored La Croix or Bubly sparkling water to make the drink even lighter!
