This high-low dress is so effortlessly pretty and feminine, it doesn’t need much explanation. It’s flowy, fun to wear and a perfect dressed up Springtime look. I’m normally a bright-color loving girl, but this season, I am so into soft pastels, making this pale watercolor-like floral pattern absolute perfection.
