Bourbon Room with Frontgate

Welcome to our new Bourbon Room!

We recently transitioned our Living Room {created with furniture from our previous home} into a new “Bourbon Room” thanks to a fun partnership with Frontgate.

The idea behind this room, which sits at the front of our home, is a space where ladies/guys/couples can gather at night for conversation and a drink, as well as a serene space for Mike to work during the day. Although I am still working on a rug, lighting and possibly painting the cabinets, I am already loving the inviting moodiness of this space.

One of the things Frontgate is known for is their chic, classic and quality barware and furniture. If you are looking for a unique bar cart/console, Frontgate always has a great selection. I love that this one provides tons of hidden storage inside the cabinet while looking elegant on the exterior. The two removable trays on the top provide ample area to both display and serve.

This oversized lamp is one of my favorite accessories in our Bourbon Room. This Frontgate Izabel Arc Floor Lamp is just so unique and fun! It creates a statement by day and ambiance at night. Before setting up this room. we had this lamp staged in our family room, and loved it there, too. It’s truly a lighting piece that can be styled in so many different spaces!

When I envisioned this new room, I knew I wanted four comfortable yet chic swivel chairs to replace our previous sofa and “traditional-styled” chairs. To me, these four swivel chairs would help create an inviting space for good conversation! These Frontgate Soho Chairs are absolute perfection, and exactly what I had hoped they would be!

I selected the Soho Chairs in Charcoal Velvet and the color/material is simply stunning in person! The chairs are super comfortable, even for my 6’3″ hubby! I couldn’t be more impressed by the quality, comfort and beauty…totally worth the delivery wait! 😉

A shout-out to the lovely and super talented team at local Stevie Collective for helping me select and source accessories for this room. I styled the book-shelves, bar-cart and coffee table with a mix of what I already owned with some gorgeous new pieces from Stevie Collective.

If you need help with styling/sourcing accessories for the finishing touches of any spaces, Stevie Collective is my go-to, and their design team is available to help in person or virtually. Stevie Collective has a beautiful brick-and-mortar shop in the Milton/Crabapple area of Georgia.

This gorgeous artwork is called “The Edge” from Stevie Collective and is the finishing touch, enhancing the moody feel of the room.

Frontgate pieces {plus similar items} + some accessories linked below. Stevie Collective accessories featured can be ordered here.

Stylishly yours,

Lauren
