Traditionally tunics and mini-dresses are styled over leggings or skinny jeans. This season, change it up and throw a short dress or tunic over a pair of shorts. Blue or white denim and/or cutoffs are preferable, since they help create an unexpected playful and laid-back look.
How gorgeous are the colors in this Free People cold-shoulder mini-dress I’m wearing here? This mini dress works as a dress if you are petite. {I am 5’7 and it runs a tad too short on me to wear alone.} It also would look great paired with skinny white jeans, and of course, is just perfect with shorts worn underneath.
