Valentine’s Bar Cart

My bar-cart is Heart-Day ready and I am proud to say I styled out this year’s cart using items I already owned. It’s amazing what you can find when you go on a hunt for red and pink items around the house! The only “new” addition to the bar cart are the gorg hand-painted Prosecco bottles by my friend Mary Runkle Art. They are the perfect festive touch!

If you love Valentine’s decor like I do, I highly recommend adding some cheery garland to your season decor. I purchased the two garlands on this cart at Target two years ago and have used them on my mantle, draped on a mirror and now this year on the bar-cart. There are several cute options at Target here and also found this one on Amazon.

Many of these pieces, including the glasses, candy bowl, plates and cocktail shaker were all sale finds from Anthropologie. I always check Anthro’s sale section online and when in store, especially after a holiday, to pick up super-inexpensive and unique serving pieces. These pink glasses were sourced a few seasons ago for .99 cents each!

Adding coffee table books and recipe books to a bar cart is a great way to add a pop of color as well as height. Homegoods is my source for affordable cocktail napkins. Last but not least, never underestimate the cuteness of adding a holiday/seasonal candy to your cart!

Happy {almost} Valentine’s!

Lauren
