Lace, leather and leopard print are three of my absolute favorite style elements to pull out each Fall. This year, each of these are particularly trending and I couldn’t be more excited about it.

I put this outfit together for NYFW two weeks ago, and absolutely love every element of it!

1. Leather. A skirt and/or jacket is a great way to incorporate leather as a practical way into your Fall wardrobe. I love this Free People leather skirt because it’s stretchy, comfy, and has a belt attached that is super cute when you tuck in a blouse. It’s so great that I also own it in black. {Normally Free People runs big, but in this skirt, I recommend sizing up one size.}

2. Lace. Lace is a classic texture to incorporate into your wardrobe year-round. I always love the way lace looks paired with leather since it’s adds a soft, feminine touch to the chic look of leather pieces.

This under-$100 lace top is one of my very favorite purchases so far this Fall. It’s simply gorgeous and can be worn many different ways, including with jeans and layered under a vest. You can see another way I styled it during NYFW here.

3. Leopard. Leopard shoes are always fabulous for Fall. This season the leopard bootie is a trending statement shoe, and also a very versatile one since leopard mixes with pretty much anything! This pair by Vince Camuto is affordable, comfortable and gorgeous in person.

Last but not least, I had to share that I finally found a Fall hat that I love and that also fits my large head. Ha! In all seriousness, I always struggle to find a hat that fits comfortably and couldn’t be more thrilled with this one! It’s under $100 and the color is a perfect neutral to pair with anything. It’s such a stylish way to cover up dirty/bad hair days, and I have been wearing it constantly.

Now if only the weather would start acting like Fall here in Atlanta, we’d be in business!

Also, for more style tips on pairing leather and lace, be sure to read this post I wrote last week.

Stylishly yours,

    Love the colour coordination in this look. I usually feel like anything leopard print is a huge risk but you’ve done exceptionally well here because those boots really work!
