Most of you who follow along regularly know the Edit girls LOVE a good ankle bootie. I am particuarly loving what I like to refer to as the “summer bootie,” which can also commonly be called the “caged sandal” :: a lighter, airier version of the ankle bootie that will transition seemlessly into Fall, while pairing perfectly now with skirts, dresses, cropped pants/jeans, rompers and even some shorts outfits!
Here are some caged sandals that I have been personally wearing and absolutely loving ::
The Dolce Vita ‘Shandy’ Cutout Sandal {currently on sale!} are incredibly light-weight and comfy, great for all day wear. The DV by Dolce Vita Rhoda Sandal is another similar option, also on a great sale, and pictured below.
I’m loving these Vince Camuto Fontanela Sandals for a sexy evening shoe. {They can pretty much be worn three seasons a year, too!} The Ivanka Trump Didia Cutout Caged Sandals are very similar, and currently on sale {pictured below}.
This pair of Olivia Caged Sandals by Loise et Cie is a perfect caged heel that can go day to night, and pairs with just about every type of outfit!
And last but certainly not least, if you follow me on Instagram, you well know that I wear this pair of Caged Sandals by Dolca Vita all the time! These have been my most worn shoes this season, hands down. I cannot say enough good about them!
