As most of you know, my family and I visited Disney World a few weeks ago, for three fun-filled days in the parks, followed by an amazing Disney Cruise.

I am not the mom to want to sport actual Disney tee shirts, so I set out to put together stylish, comfortable and functional outfits in Mickey/Minnie’s color scheme! The great thing about these outfits is that I can re-wear all of these pieces again {except for the Mouse Ears, which I will store until our next Disney vacation!}. Most of these items are versatile Spring/Summer staples, that will fit, flatter and keep you stylish all season!

 Here's the proof of what Florida humidity does to styled hair in less than an hour! On a positive note, we got to enter Animal Kingdom an hour before the park opened with Disney's Social Media Moms, and got to ride the AMAZING new Avator ride without a wait. The entire Pandora land is absolutley breathtaking! Here’s the proof of what Florida humidity does to styled hair in less than an hour! I can attest that each of these outfits were comfortable as well as practical, and still helped me feel cute and pulled together during long park days. The only additional footwear I recommend packing is a pair of super-comfortable and supportive sandals, since there comes a point where your feet tire of being in sneakers!

Note for packing :: We were at Disney the last week of February and the temps were in the high-80’s! I was so glad I had packed all shorts and short sleeves! Be sure to check the weather before your trip and pack appropriately. Most parks are very sunny, and standing in lines and walking in the bright sun adds lots of extra heat. In other words, I couldn’t have imagined wearing jeans for a Disney day! Too hot!!

kut from the kloth denim cut-offs | nordstrom crossbody bag | etsy mouse ears | free people tee | nike sneakers | quay sunglasses

This Free People tee is literally my favorite tee purchase of the season, and a must have for Disney park days. It’s so good that also own it in white and want more colors! I am going to be dedicating a post to three ways to style it later this week, so stay tuned! {And if you go ahead and order, be sure to size down. It runs big! I wear it in an XS.}

These Kut from the Kloth cutoffs are a great fitting denim short {not too short, not too long} and an affordable price at $69. This Old Navy pair is another current fav and just $29!

Also, I learned {after the fact} that you can save a lot of money on Mouse Ears if you order them ahead of time on Etsy! There are SO many cute designs and fun colors to choose from! Rose gold mouse ears were almost impossible to find in the parks while we were there, but I found them on Etsy here!

old navy dress | sole society crossbody | bauble bar earrings | beautycounter lip gloss | steve madden high-tops, also available here

This Old Navy tee dress is a must-have for Spring and a perfect piece for any upcoming travel/vacation. I wore this dress to Magic Kingdom and was perfectly comfy all day!

If you are looking for a flattering red lippie that you can wear the entire time at Disney, this Beautycounter Lipgloss in Ruby is the perfect shade. It’s super hydrating and I carried it in my purse each day. If you prefer a bolder lip, check out the lip color I linked in the pic below!

beautycounter lipstick, limited time buy two, save $10 | nordstrom peplum | madewell denim shorts | rebecca minkoff backpack | bauble bar earrings | steve madden sneakers, also available here

This white peplum is a fun alternative to a plain white tee, yet just as breezy and comfortable. I sported these red sneaks around the parks for two days and they are oh-so-comfy.

Last but not least, this stylish backpack is an item that I wished I had brought along for the trip! Since you are allowed to bring water bottles and snacks into Disney parks, it would have been nice to have had a roomy bag to stash food/water in. {I love that this Rebecca Minkoff backpack is a stylish bag to carry pretty much anywhere year-round. It’s also available on Amazon in more colors here.}

 This breezy striped Free People top is another comfy option for Disney days! I changed into this outfit for dinner and an evening at Hollywood Studios.  This breezy striped Free People top is another comfy option for Disney days! One more tip :: If you don’t mind carrying water botties around with you, I recommend bringing a small Corkcicle, or something like it, and refilling throughout the day. This will save you tons of money and keep you hydrated, which is a must with all the walking you will do!

Happy Disney-planning to many of you!

Stylishly yours,

    Lauren – what was the name of the Disney resort you guys stayed? I remember you posted on stories but forgot the name 🤦🏻‍♀️

      It’s the Coronado Springs Resort. If you stay there, be sure to ask for one of the newly renovated rooms! 🙂
