game day style

Hooray for football season! Whether you are tailgating, going to the stadium or attending a game-watching party at home, comfortable game day style is essential.
Here are some game-day inspired looks from our team. We are each wearing the colors of our alma maters, and sharing a personal styling tip for football games.

Lauren, a University of Georgia grad, prefers to wear dresses since most early-Fall game days are hot in Georgia. Her go-to shoe for games are cowboy boots since they are super comfortable, look great with dresses and offer a slight heel for overall flattery!

Jen’s go-to look as a Baylor University grad is accenting green garments with gold jewelry, and adding a faux-fur vest to complete the look. {The fur also lends itself to the Baylor mascot, the Bears!}

Sherri, another University of Georgia grad, likes to describe her go-to style as “breezy,” to help combat the Georgia heat. Her choice shoes are her fringe booties because, in her own words, “they’re just appropriate for all situations.”

Jackie’s game day look is easy and casual with a little added glam.  The University of Alabama graduate prefers a more subtle game day attire rather than over the top crimson and white.  When she does get to go to games in T-Town, there is a lot of walking so comfort is key and flats are necessary.

What’s game day accessory-essential, no matter what team you cheer for and colors you wear?! The Barrington Totes Stadum CrossbodyThis crossbody is the perfect solution to the new bag size restrictions. It is small enough to pass through security and big enough for the basics. The interior features a built-in leather card case and fits a phone, keys and a tube of lip gloss. The long strap allows you to go hands-free. If you’re not wearing your sunglasses, easily hang them off the side of the bag. We love that this bag can be personalized with your monogrammed, like Lauren’s is here, and it’s designable in virtually every team color imaginable!
