I'm excited to collaborate today with one of my favorite Atlanta-bloggers, who has become a dear friend, Luisa, of the Peaches to Pearls blog. {Find her on Instagram @peachestopearls.} Luisa is not only one of the CUTEST people I have ever met, but she also has her masters in nutrition and is a dietetic intern. She is doing a blog series on Eating Pretty this month, and asked me to contribute on why I believe "dressing pretty" matters, particularly when it comes to staying active.

Let's face it, when you are dressed well, you just feel better. You hold your head higher, are more inclined to look others in the eye and smile and your overall demenor and attitude change for the good. That's one of the reasons why I am passionate about helping others find and develop their personal style.

I believe the same is true when it comes to workout attire. When you activewear that are not only cute but also fit well, breath well and make you feel comfortable and flattered, you are more inclined to work harder at the gym or studio.

For me, this outfit is an example of this. These leggings are not only "pretty," but they are some of the most comfortable I've worn...perfect mid-rise, stretchy and a great weight for both indoor/outdoor workouts. This airy tunic is breathable, and transitions effortlessly from the gym to errand-running. {It can be worn with jeans and/or non-workout leggings, too!}

In regards to eating pretty, head over to the Peaches to Pearls blog today for this delicious, easy-to-make and super healthy Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe. I cannot wait to try it myself!

When it comes to my exercise routine, I have been thoroughly enjoying working out at Flywheel Sports the past few months. I am excited to kick off a four-week Get Fit with FLY! challenge on January 25th, in which I will be committing to do 4 FlyWheel/FlyBarre classes each week. I will be working out at the Avalon studio in Alpharetta and would love you to join me! You can find all the details here. If you would like to join me for a free FlyWheel or FlyBarre class, email me at and I will get you a complimentary class pass and we can try to schedule a class together! Also, sign up for the challenge with a friend, and you'll both get 15% off!

I love it when I find a wardrobe piece that makes figuring out "what to wear" easy. This off-the-shoulder romper has been a trusty go-to in my early-Fall wardrobe the past few weeks. I love that it is an outfit in just one piece, can be worn day or evening and can be accessorized with endless options of shoes and jewelry. It's also $68 which makes it an affordable piece that will pick right back up again come Spring!

This is what I wore to eat a divine lunch at the new Atlanta Le Bilboquet in the center of Buckhead's new shopping district. The french-inspired restaurant is gorgeous and the food is impeccable. If you catch a sunny day, the patio seating lined with overflowing flower boxes is a beautiful place to dine. I highly recommend the Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella salad, the Crispy Octopus and Chickpea appetizer and the Classic Croque Monsier Sandwich with an egg ontop...all with a glass of rosé, of course!

Happy Monday!

Stylishly yours,

P.S. You've seen me wear these glam sunnies quite a bit lately, and it's easy to say they are my favorite shades. If you haven't yet checked out DITTO, you need to! You can rent designer sunglasses {from all the top brands} without any commitment for just $24/month. And you'll get a month trail rental strings attached...when you enter code EDITBYLAUREN at checkout. It's truly a dream-come true for sunglasses-loving gals {or gents} like me!
